Consultation 1

The first consultaion with the client will be to gain a creative brief and understanding of what apsects the client requires for the project with dicussions on what the client’s thoughts and ideas are for the conceptual space. The client will be asked various questions, for us to gain insight into what artwork and other elements are required for the conceptual space. An overview of the exterior or interior space is required, if possible, to gain a better understanding and inspriation for the design. We will then provide a quote for the design, styling and directing of the conceptual space. On acceptance of this quote, a series of digital photographs, additional notes and measurements will be taken. It is also helpful if site or floor plans are provided.

Design Process

Our team will then start the design process gathering all the information from the first consultation, our own research, current and forecasted trends and using our skills and knowledge in design and art to create a unique conceptual space. We provide 2 x different concepts with inspirational mood boards, which will include proposed colour palettes, surface design for artwork and pattern, materials for floor, wall, roof, textiles, furniture, accessories and plants. We will also provide 2 dimensional CAD plans to scale, or 3 dimensional rendered drawings for the conceptual space. Everything is taken into consideration with great attention to detail. This is what we love doing. We are also flexible with what requirements are needed for each individual.

Consultation 2 & 3

The client will be provided with a presentation of inspirational moodboards, samples and preliminary plans (if required). The client will also be presented with a conceptual analysis on the thought process behind the designs, and different possibilities can be discussed. Once the client has had time to review everything, the team will touch base to finalise the design.

Artwork

On agreement with the concept, we will start the design process of creating the required artwork for the conceptual space. Preliminary sketches and mock ups will be emailed to the client, and further discussions will be required. Once agreed to the preferred artwork, a quote will be provided for the artwork to be designed and applied to the required surface. On agreement of this quote, a copyright agreement between both parties will be approved. We are passionate about using various materials to apply our artwork too and that can be used in a variety of new and exciting ways for both external and internal spaces.

The Styling and Directing Process

We offer a styling and directing service that entails all aspects of project managing the concept from start to finish. We can source all elements for the project and can provide a detailed quote for all the works. Once approved the design can become a reality.
